If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

    John 3:16

I was going up a steep hill and had come to a compleat stop, dabed and twisted my ankle, then the bike fell over on me. With the bike on one side of my fibula and a rock on the other, crunch!

Ouch, sorry to hear that - but that's enough about you, how's your TW?

(Just kidding - - it really sucks that you get knocked out of commission right when your riding season is starting!)

    Take care,

Ouch, sorry to hear that. I know all about broken bones after spending three summers in a row on crutches. Not fun. Take it easy and I wish you good luck with the recovery!
