Honda to show a prototype LEGO bike.

The BULLDOG promotes a new world of leisure with motorcycles. The model was developed with the concept “Lovable Touring Partner,” and was designed to go beyond the boundaries of conventional leisure motorcycles, to actively enjoy outdoor life.

The BULLDOG’s 15-inch wide-tires and low center-of-gravity realize a low, 730mm seat height, ensuring a solid footing. Its unique robust, yet charming styling undoubtedly brings smiles to the faces of not only riders, but people who don’t usually ride motorcycles.

The liquid-cooled 4-stroke DOHC inline 2-cylinder 400cc engine has powerful, yet easy to handle output characteristics, realizing a nimble ride in a wide range of environments from urban to rural areas.

i like it....well sort of anyway, hoping somebody makes a bike like this with a low seat so my wife could ride it. She needs a bigger cc bike to keep up with my dr650.

Yeah, I don't get why the Japanese (not a tall people) think seat heights need to start at 36". Are they under the impression we are all NBA players?

The ugly gas tank might be alright if it held 10 gallons, but odds are it is like a 3 gal. tank.

"features accessory storage on the sides of the fuel tank" so cut on board fuel so you can put your gloves in the tank instead.

Yes, it looks like the short-bus version of the motorcycling world.

Yes, it probably has more glove storage than fuel capacity.

No, it will never actually be a production bike,

But! I'm glad Honda is thinking about a 400cc "explorer" bike.

I still like the Yamaha version better.

I like the Honda. I like the side roll bars, the rack over the head light and hopefully a very sturdy rack in the back, and hopefully the large volume gas tank. I also like the 15 tires -- that should make them cheaper, errr, less expensive. Engine wise I prefer air cooled -- less to go wrong and less maintenance -- and a back up kicker would be nice. I wonder what it weighs?
Long live the internal combustion engine!

It'll probably be a very popular platform for modding, like the Ruckus.
