Yamaha XTW250 Ryoku Concept Bike. Had lots of interesting features. Of the ones I can remember, it had a skid plate that detached for use as a shovel (it even had a handle) , an onboard power generator, and quite a few other things that escape memory at the moment. There is a thread on here about it, and it links a lot more pictures of the features. But alas, it never came to be.

By the looks and the features, I strongly believe CAT had a say in the design.

Honda had one at the Tokyo MC show too. 400cc, but similar to TW

Saw that concept bike 2 - 3 years ago... It immediately went on my must have list... Shame it never came to production and sale... Still think it's a great looking machine...

Yamaha is waiting until I die before marketing the XTW 250.
