Help me figure out if its a 125 or 200

    Hello ,
I bought my TeeDub here in Beirut, Lebanon from an idiot of a dealer who registered it as a 200cc bike from 1996.
After some research I felt like it's more of a 125 especially since it's slow as hell especially uphill, and looks like a 125 if you google image search TW125 ...

Can you help me using the clues I'll post?

    Chassis number is DG07J-002316
    Engine number is G315E-002303

My main use for it is touring up mountains and such. Will a 125 take a beating?

Is it a 125 to begin with?

How can you know besides looks? Or was this exact look only made with 125 cc Engines?

When I say take a beating , I mean long steep hills . I know it's not a speed bike but it already has 20.000 Km's under the belt although I service it regularly and changed oils and all.

That thing is SHARP looking! That rack looks interesting too. I would ride that all day long.

Isn't it stamped on the engine somewhere? I think ours say 196cc somewhere, try looking all around.

    Thank you Dryden!
I am currently on vacation and already do ride it all day long , which saddens me that I was ripped off and sold a 125 for 1700$, before registration and some fixes... It's a hassle on hills and Lebanon is mountainous for the most part...

    Would you tour on it?

Looked around and found nothing besides the photos posted here and the serial number or VIN (I'm a noob...)
The side of the engine says 1000 Cm3 but I doubt that's related... or is it?

No, that's the amount of oil to add when changing it.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I am almost 99.999 percent sure I saw a stamped 196cc on mine somewhere. Anyone else see that on their bikes???

Are the beloved TW's hard to find in Beirut ? I'm not sure how steep your hills are but my TW 200 has 14/45 sprockets and it runs steep hills very well. What sprockets are you running?

Hey folks...what's that guys name over in the UK who had the 125cc with all the excellent videos? Taison would enjoy watching those.... The guy really tears it up with his 125, you would be impressed.

O and welcome to the forum Taison!!
