    Rear Rack?

Is anyone using this nice little rack from Pro Cycle?
It's a bit spendy at $88, but how do you like it?

Sorry for using the URL instead of the image but the system won't allow me to post an image right now...anyone else having a problem?
    Thanks!

I have one and it is good for what it is and if you don't plan on hauling too much. I am pretty sure I will be replacing it with the cycle racks.

Nice, doesn't look like it has as sharp of edges and corners as a competing stamped rack. If installed inverted it might cradle a day-pack nicely.

And you are spending $88 for a rack that can still only haul 5 pounds

The major concerns are that it looks like it's for the "Givi" top box - and the mounting points are basically on the sub frame - which gives you a weight loading of around 7lbs (minus the weight of the rack)

Shove a top box on there - and now the weight restrictions drops to 5 and a half - good enough for a helmet and water proofs - but not much more

If you are going to spend that much money on a rack - you could do a lot better - if you want a low profile for a six-pack, then take it .......

I like my manracks bbq rack. Not to big not to small just right. If $88. seems to high it might be out of your price range. You get what you pay for.
