New to TW's, but want to buy a custom retro bike!!

Hello, I'm an avid motocross rider and I came across an incredible looking Custom TW. It had a unique retro look to it but most definitely still a dual purpose bike!! Any idea of what companies build these things????

Most likely. the owner/ someone did the hollow mod/ strip down on it. I do recall someone on here doing a retro look on their TW not to long ago. Reminded me of the '70s Yamaha CT/ DT s that I had. If you do a forum search under retro look, hollow mod, etc. , I am sure you will find what you are looking for. ....renny

Sorry, still can't get the copy the link from my cell. But found the one I was thinking about, by Spandser, "TW retro-enduro project"

Ok. See if this works! https://tw200forum.com/forum/performa...w-project.html

Here is another example: https://tw200forum.com/forum/performa...n-project.html I feel you on the retro custom look and will be sorta going in that direction with my tdub. I have always fancied these bikes. Bought my wife a new 2013 and finally popped on a used 2014 a couple of months ago for myself. Right now, is the parts gathering phase, the journey begins!!!! Good luck on your search, no better place to start then right here. Great resource for anything TW ....and more? Not to mention all the friendly experienced forum members

The Japanese folk use to be big on reworking the TW's.
