Does anyone know what size the spanner wrench is for replacement of the rear shock spring (want to replace it with a Hyper Pro). Also where i can purchase one?

Not clear on your question. You do not need a "spanner" when replacing the spring. YOu certainly will need a spanner to remove the shock from the bike. Any metric wrench set will have the appropriate wrench. I am sure you could make progress with an adjustable wrench. I now have a HyperPro spring on my Banshee body. You need to restate your question in order for us to help (more). Gerry

Once the shock is removed-is a coil spring compressor (or similar) required to take the pre-load off the shock so the spanner wrench (or punch) can remove the top nut of the assembly so then the spring can be removed and replaced. Sorry I haven't done this before..just viewing on the bike what it will require for removal once the shock is off the bike.

The spring is held on by a big C-clip, not a nut.
