I was looking at some old pics and wanted share my bike from then till now. Lots of other mods but thought others could share your changes from then till now!

This first pic is not my bike but still the same.

This look went from 1995 to about 2006.

Then to brown camo. 2006 to 2010

And the bike now with more green camo. 2011 to 2012

What did your bike look like when you bought it and what is it now?

    Hers, before. Early '09, maybe?:

Rebuilt, repainted, re-upholstered, redone, but never done May, 2011:

TCI skidplate, backup CDI, Purple Urban Camo, new fender, taller bars, Clarke tank, TTR exhaust, D2Moto pegs, Jimbo Shield, Acerbis ProRallies, 12V outlet, O-ring chain, reworked shock, Lizrdventz, buncha little stuff we can't remember, yada, yada...

We own a lot of bikes, and my own riding history spans 45 years or so. I gotta say that I've probably met more good people associated with this particular bike than any other. Particularly the OP, and all associates of the OP.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Powdercoated '87 frame, extended swingarm, YZ fork legs, ATV tire, 14/55, XT350 tank, spliced quick-release seat, disc brake conversion, beeg headlight, beeger rack, Lizrdcooler, Lizrdventz and bunch of other stuff all covered in invisible ink.

Mine, Jawbone Canyon, circa '08. We got it for her birthday the year before and this is the bike that taught her to ride. We got her the '91, and I used this frame and paperwork as the basis for building mine. Other than the frame, some of the plastic and maybe the left-hand switchgear, not much remains of the original bike.

I subsequently scored an "undisclosed number" of TW's of various years and over the course of time used what I thought were the best parts over the years, a very few aftermarket parts, and lots of parts and ideas pirated from other production bikes and the members of both the old and new forums. Thanks.:

Good luck with that. We listed them because this was the first time we noticed just how much has been done to her bike alone.

I bet you couldn't list all yours if you tried. But go ahead Be sure to include all the stuff that seemed like a good idea but didn't quite work out, then add up the hours, multiply by minimum wage, wipe away the tears...

I'd like to see Gizmow's before and afters.
