I've spoken to Ben and Tom, the excellent folks at JustGasTanks (No concerns about customer service with this outfit) and they've made a very nice accomodation for us in the form of a group buy offer.

Here's the deal, and it's pretty straightforward:

If we get 10 or more orders pricing is as follows:

$178.20 for your choice of the below in any of the normal color options for the respective tanks:

    TW200 2.8 gallon

    XT350 4 gallon

    TTR/XT225 4.1 gallon

Phone-in orders will be easiest to tally. Use the offer code "TW200forum.com" when you place the call. Tell Tom I said hey, and thanks.

Offer is good for 30 days forward from todays date (3/14/12).

Free shipping to The Lower 48. Clarke is typically a week out on orders so allow for that if you happen to order a tank or color not already in stock.

If we fail to meet the 10 order minimum pricing changes to 10% off, minimum order of 5.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Powdercoated '87 frame, extended swingarm, YZ fork legs, ATV tire, 14/55, XT350 tank, spliced quick-release seat, disc brake conversion, beeg headlight, beeger rack, Lizrdcooler, Lizrdventz and bunch of other stuff all covered in invisible ink.

Need to tally-up prices to fix motor/trans and then will put purchase order in to the wife...

Thanks for putting in the effort to get this done. Some day my bike will run long enough to go through 4.1gal of fuel, that is my new goal!

    Hmmm, very tempting...

Not that I NEED one, but when has that ever stopped me.

Sure would like to go for the bigger tank.

Will have to check on shipping to Alaska price before ordering though...

I JUST recieved and installed a 4.1gallon XT225 tank for my t-dub (http://tw200forum.co...s-lots-of-pics/). I love it! Cost from Justgastanks.com was $193 shipped, using the "ADVrider" (5%) discount. ** I'm not asking for cash/credit back from them, but MAYBE you could ask them to count my order as part of the 'group buy' to help get you guys the big discount?!!

Thanks lizrdbrth for organizing this. I'm in on this, I want a black 2.8. Do we need to get the 10 people organized first and then place orders or just call now and put an order in and they will let us know down the road if we got the 10? How is this going to work?

Awesome! Thank you for putting this offer together.

I have done a little research on different tank options, but without cluttering up this thread, can anyone give me a little info on which tank option is the easiest to install?

Are the 4 gallon options a direct bolt in? Or are any of them a direct bolt in?

    Thanks in advance.

I'm still depressed about having to use zip ties to hold my side plates on. Other then that my clarke is holding up well.Clarke told me I was the first one that reported the side plate fitment issue. I know a few in here that had the same problem as me.

    Ouch.

    Shipping to Alaska adds $35.

Maybe Amazon sells them, they ship to us free.

So does CycleGear where I bought three tires last month.
