As the title says, I'm curious what other TW owners put on their bike, (and other bikes they own) in a year. I'm at 2,600 miles on the '13 TW, 4,200 miles on the 1600, 2,000 miles on the KLR, and maybe 1,000 miles on the '96 TW for the year. How about you?

I got my Dub in late Nov of 2016 with 25 miles on it and I have 4500 miles now....I get out in the local woods about 3 times per week - The 2 month cross country motorhome trip (dub strapped to hitch) added about 1000 miles exploring on our various stops along the way. So by late Nov I should be at about 5000 miles (for a years riding)
My Victory certainty has seen less miles this year.

On the TW, about 850 miles, the first 45 days = ~19 miles per day, which would be about 7,000 miles per year..about what I put on my Triumph, but I put ~1,000 miles per month on both Sportsters and the Moto Guzzi.

The XT250 is over 800 miles in 2 1/2 weeks, but I am now fully retired...although I really do not expect the rate to continue, which would be over 15,000 miles per year. Depends on how much snow/ice in the Spring Mountains, this winter.

Between my two bikes (DR350 and TW200) I do about 2250 miles a year, 90% dirt. If I lived further out of the city, it would proably be 5k or more. Thats riding April to November, both the end months spotty at best. Under 32 degrees isn't fun to me orher than a little slow trail busting.

My 2016 (Wilbur) was purchased last July with 3 miles on him... he now has about 4,200.
The Admiral's 2015 (Scoob) was purchased in June of 2015 and he has about 10,000..
Looks like I now know what the Admiral does when I'm not around..........he rides without me!
I've got some catching up to do.......zoom zoom

I only have the T-Dub

Because I commute to work and back daily and then ride around with the bike over weekends also and then to top it all with a road trip at the end of year . . . .

9400 miles per year

Lessee?...2010 TW bought in Feb. 2011....15,300 now....6 1/2 years = 2,354 miles per year, average.
2014 BMW 1200 GS bought in March 2014, 33,500 now....3 1/2 years = 9,571 miles per year, average.

Guess which one get ridden more? But for average hours per day....I'd say not too far apart!
15,000 miles / 25 mph = 612 hours
33,500 miles / 55 mph = 609 hours

:p

It's been a great adventure.
