Went riding this weekend and got caught in the rain. It was a lot dirtier yesterday. The continuous rain cleaned it up pretty well but this is what was left today. Rain and clay make for a very slippery day!

Certainly another situation in which an oil cooler would be a plus. This of course only holds true if your cooler is not packed with mud. Gerry
    Take care my Friend.........

Cool! I've had more than one Jeep looking like that but never a bike. Have to give it a try. How'd the front tire hold course in the mud? That is a Goldenboy, right?

Makes one think how an extended fender with a bit of EPDM rubber would have worked to keep the mud off the engine - hmmm.

The goldenboy was golden in the mud however the rear tire was another story. I was sliding all over the place and my bike ended up upside-down at one point. Seriously! And I have been giving some serious thought to adding a mudflap on the front fender. Mind you, that mud I was riding through was only 1/2"-1" at most. I really wish I could have snapped a few shots yesterday, it was ridiculous.

I got out for close to a 400klm ride yesterday mainly to try out the new Seat Concepts seat I installed last week and got into some muck that would not fling off.It just kept gathering up on the tires.I had my hands full getting her out of there and somehow managed to keep her up.

There is a GoldenBoy under there somewhere!!

And for the record I was on the bike off and on all day(12 hrs) and the SeatConcepts seat is a major improvement over stock.

Hidden Content A ride in the woods helps me relax and release tension. The fact I'm dragging a body should be entirely irrelevant?
