I let my buddy ride my TW the other day, while i rode my DRZ. We were at a red light, and i see smoke coming from the TW, and smell oil burning. We pull off the road, and there is oil everywhere. I thought he somehow blew the motor, but lucky for me, that was not the case.
The small screw at the top of the right side of the motor wiggled out, and ended up gone for good. So, i ride home, and take the screw out of my other TW and get more oil, and return.
I hand my buddy the screw, a socket, and wait a minute. He puts it in the motor, but breaks the head of the screw/bolt off. So, now i need 2.
For the record, this is the screw that you loosen after an oil change, to see that oil is reaching the top of the cylinder. Can i get this at Ace? And if so, what size do i need?
And if not, can someone tell me what part number it is through Yamaha?

1st John 1:9
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Another good source among others for schematics, part numbers and reasonable prices is Boats.net. One can quickly look up part numbers and purchase them, no waiting for a forum response. The free downloadable Service Manual also helps.
