Ran across this while looking for KLR accessories. Yeah...I know. We've covered the TW250 before but I've never seen this video explaining some of it's features. Didn't know that the fan was to cool the engine while it was stationary and being used as a generator.

Me too. I have not purchased a brand new showroom bike for over 39 years, but I would put a deposit down for one of these today.( even better if it were a 300 )

If that concept comes to America, I'll buy one as soon as it hits the showroom floor.
Only a fool would attempt it, and God help me, I am that fool!

To much bling and to many nooks and kranies for crap to collect for my taste. Id hope they offer a 220vac, 50Hz and 115vac, 60Hz version, though I find it pretty pointless. It should have a 12VDC outlet so you can plug in you own inverter and have the charging system put out enough amps to run an electric vest and gloves or heated grips.

The charging system will handle a heated vest or heated grips but one at a time.

If you switch the low beam so you can turn it off it frees up more than enough watts to run both.

It would be nice if Yamaha upgraded the charging system though.
