Ive been a member of this site for a while now and have always been interested in the TW. When living in Texas I had many chances to purchase a TW but never did, thinking it would be too small for a commuter. I have recently moved to Ireland and have been searching daily for months for an affordable dual sport here and had almost given up. I passed up a few opportunities waiting to see if I could find a TW. I don't think the 200 was even sold here and the 125s seem to be pretty rare as well. I have seen 2 TW125s in the last 6 months or so but they have been missing too many parts or too beat up for me to consider buying one. I had almost given up when I accidentally came upon one for sale just a little over my budget and about 2 1/2 hours away. Seller seemed more than happy to deliver to me and I decided to take a chance to buy without riding it knowing I could probably fix any small issues with the bike if needed. As of yesterday I now own my first TW200. Looking forward to riding and finding plenty of useful information here. Carb is already off the bike and awaiting some replacement screws that were stripped. Will clean it while I wait for parts.
Bike is a 2003 with 1700 miles and is in pretty good condition. A little pricey but i was willing to pay more for it knowing that they are like unicorns here. Also came with a few spare parts including extra back tire.

Congratulations. I just purchased mine a month ago and I love this 2016 TW200 and I've owned six previous assorted street bikes. This is by far my favorite.
Congratulations and welcome.
Your TW, if treated with respect and care should offer function and fun every time you fire it up.
