    Old member coming b-a-a-c-c-k...

    Hey guys...'ol Darth (Dave) here.
Been a member about 5 years, was active until ~ 2 years ago, dropped out of sight while restoring my '59 MGA 1500 roadster.
Now getting the TW riding & mod'ing hots again...besides, I missed you guys!

What can you guys tell me about the Dunlop K180?
I found some 3 year old stuff here, but not much.
Is the tire available now in the US? Sources?
If not, has anyone ordered them from Japan?
Does anyone have experience with them?

I'll have some for sale/free stuff soon.

Can you help a brutha out on those K180s?

    Thx,
    Dave

PS - Would you mind sharing your favorite sources for TW goodies? ProCycle is the only one I can remember...damn CRS!

PPS - Check this link for a way-cool custom TW200 "Tracker". It uses the K180 tires..

Welcome back. I’ve searched high and low for those Dunlop’s and never found them on a US website. Procycle is alive and kicking. I’ve had good luck with BikeBandit and Rocky Mountain and aftermarket stuff on Amazon and eBay. Lots of glitches on the forum right now as I’m sure you’ll read. Cheers

I would assume that you could get those tires through a Suzuki dealer. They put them on the Van Van 200 from the factory.
Probably same story as when I was a fool and bought a TW34 through the dealer though. They wanted $189 for theTWs rear tire ..... talked them down to $130 and the next one is coming from Amazon, $110. I needed to install it for a trip that night or I would have ordered it in the first place.

Cycle Racks Rack, Clarke XT350 4 gal tank, Rox 2" bar risers, 12v power port, Ram GPS mount, Coleman seat cover, Wolfman tank bag, HF "Pelican" style case attached to rack, LED headlight bulb, LED spot lights on the forks wired to the high beams, lots of mud caked on.
Future mods: Ricochet skidplate, ATV tire for snow next winter, maybe a ManRacks front rack over the headlight.

Welcome back! The site is being migrated to the cloud and there have been some issues. As far as I know at this time no one can "like" anything. Hang in there, the troops are working on getting things back to normal.
