    side panel to tank grommets

    Anyone know where I can find these little buggers?

    Aw man! You mean I gotta get up, walk to my car, drive to the dealer, and actually talk to someone face to face?
    I was gonna order them tonight while ordering a couple other things. But couldn't find them on the parts diagram. Didn't seem to be on the tank page or the side panel page.

    Ace Hardware /True Value Hardware in my area carry these rubber grommets. About 25 cents each.

    Ace is the place for many an odd fitting, fastener or gizmo.
    I'm off to Ace for side panel to fuse/tool box grommets. Had to backtrack yesterday's ride route this morning in order to locate right side panel which fell off. Buy cotter pins and a few metric fasteners too. Maybe new Locktite too so I won't have to buy so many metric fasteners next time.
