    Serial number?

Hi people, I found this sticker under the patina at the steering column. Is this number 2247 being built? Since papers are missing, what year of manufacture could that be? 20190703_122943.jpg
From the hieroglyphes I can identify that this bike was built on third floor and the lunch that was served included a skewer with grilled meat.

Figured I should help the forum out with this.

The 2247 number indicates the recall of the bikes with a faulty mount for the rear wheel shock absorber. The sticker "No.2247" is placed when there was a repair. Affected TW200/E bikes: 2JL-000101 to 2JL-070682 (10 Mar 1987--31 Aug 1999) & DG07J-000011 to DG07J-019570 (08 Feb 2000--09 Jan 2001).

There was also a recall number 1769 affecting some 2006 TW225E bikes with rear hub issues. Models (BA-)DG09J-015843 to DG09J-016122 (10 Jul 2006--22 Aug 2006). Not all serial numbers between this range were affected; there were 92 units that are listed in the link below. Again, if there was a fix there's a sticker "No.1769".

I know some of these bikes are in the US but I have not heard of said recall. It was back in 2009, and I would think they'd notify dealerships regardless but of course they didn't. I did just get into the motorcycle game this summer so there's that as well. When I googled 'TW200 recall' there were some topics from this forum; there's a photo of the welding on the third page of this thread.

This page talks about the actual shock absorber made by Wise Gear.
    Part numbers:
