I only use Firefox and Windoze 7 on a laptop, with all cookies and cache cleared, signed in, no adblock software – no sign of a single ad anywhere

Even when not signed in yet – all I get is “insert ad here” (without the ad). No cookies, no problem, nothing to guide the ads (at least on this set-up)

I can only assume you are either on an Android device of some kind – or a phone – or an Apple – or two tin cans and a piece of string. Without that information, we cannot help ……

try and use an ad blocker for your browser. Should stop them.

Here is one for chrome that might work:

Here is one for FireFox that might work:

Yeah, I get them with the Amazon Fire tablet – thing is, there are no good adblockers available for all the multitude of devices we use to connect

Blame the device – not the board …..

As long as you use google chrome and get the correct extensions you will get zero adds.

    Use these:

    Adblock Plus
    Popup Blocker Pro
    Privacy Badger
    2001 Yamaha TW200
    2015 Nissan Xterra PRO-4X

I get good results with AdBlock Plus for Chrome. It isn't perfect, but it will definitely make your web browsing less annoying.

She was asking for it! Running around browsing like that with no adblocker covering her ass...

Adblocking wouldn't be necessary if sites would dial back the intrusive and desperate moneygrabbing. A few tastefully placed ads would be totally acceptable, but when it gets to the point where ads distract from the content, it has gone too far. That being said, I haven't actually seen this site in its natural state, but if it's anything like Rennlist, oof...
