    Engine tuning for beginners

The only thing I've done to the engine since I've bought the TW back in July is two oil changes and I pulled the LS engine cover when I did the sprockets/chain/gasket change. I know these engines are tough as nails, but I'd love some advice on what I need to keep up on engine maintenance wise and what the intervals are. Any helpful threads for beginners who have never pulled apart a motorcycle engine before would be awesome. Thanks everyone.

In the owners manual which is downloadable, there is a chart which shows what should be done and when.

It is in the technical area under sub-forums.
