I'm hearing that a lot. I go to some business, and park in front - cause it's convenient and I usually just leave my helmet hung on a grip... and I come out and some guy is looking at the bike and asks the question. Or if not that, it's "what is that?" or "I like your bike" usually followed by "how's it on the trails" or "how comfortable is that on the road?" or something. Had a guy tell me today "you don't see those around here very often"

I had an older fellow come up to me at a hardware store while I was having a second key made for the 90 I just bought, and he was saying how much he admired my bike. I did not think to ask if he wanted to buy it. I'm torn between flipping it, or setting it up for adventure riding to compliment my 95 which should be my off road workhorse soon. ( just need a TCI skid plate, gun boot, and my Duro Power Grip installed ) Rubber side down, Dave
I made a run into the little town I live closest to to get a few groceries and an older, nicely dressed lady saw me getting onto my bike with my backpack full - had a bag of taco chips sticking out of the top - and she says "you need to get some saddle bags for that!" lol
