Offer made, offer accepted; deal is struck! Finally!

Now, there's just the small matter of getting it from Cali to Ulaanbaatar

Looks like a nice find. Congrats. Excited to see what it looks like in a year. I'm sure you have lots of plans for racks and other alterations.

Well, guess a man's (if you wanna call him that) word aint worth much anymore...the hunt continues. Mike in Rosamond, CA sold it after we had a verbal agreement.

    The hunt continues...

    Bummer Pete. That sucks.

I hope you end up finding an even better deal.

That sucks. I would think you would need to pay more than what the seller is asking to have someone willing to deal with the hassle of an international buyer.

Actually, it's no hassle at all. I pay the shipping office here and they put cash in the sellers hand. The shippers take care of the title, export, and import documentation. Cash money in hand, just like selling to the guy next door. People are spooked because of all the international scumbags, mostly from Nigeria. I'm just a guy from The Bronx who wants an honest deal on a TW. If I ever get the chance, I'll ride over one of those scambags ;-)
