    Too Big?

Newbie - Considering a 2009 TW200. But concerned about my size (height) 6'2" and 190.

Would the bike be too small for me?

    Present ride; Kawasaki 750 Vulcan.

Loooong time ago (early 70s) rode a Honda 125 strictly dirt bike. It was definitely small for me but I liked being able to muscle its light weight out of tough spots.

TW200 would be just for casual riding around town and some mudding/woodsing.

    Thanks for any input.

I am the same size as you. TW fits me just fine. And, if I need more power or speed I can lose some weight thereby modifying me, not the TW.

Fun motos. If you don't like it, sell it. A very active used market makes selling TWs a breeze.

    Thanks guys.]
    One more question.

Does $2500 sound about right for 2300 miles and nice looking condition?

Hello and welcome! What year? Not that it really matters, seems like a fair price for a clean TW, just be aware, the '87 has a one off electrical system.

The previous owner of my TW weighed in at over 300 lbs. and he did fine with it with no modifications from stock.

6'5" and 250-260lbs depending on season and beer consumption. Fits me just fine. With a Coleman seat pad, your seat to peg distance is slightly greater than an F800GS believe it or not. Measured it myself. The low seat height and narrow profile is deceiving.
God willin' and the creek don't rise.
