    Value of My 05

Hi, I'm new but just picked up this 2005 200.
    15,000 miles
    New top end
    Typical 05 oil seep
    Engine perfect - everything works
    5k left on tires
Extras like gun rack, bar, saddle bags

What is a no haggle 1 day sale price in your opinion. What about a sit-on-it-for-a-month price?

Location location location. 15,000 miles is thought to be high by lots of buyers do to so many low mile TWs. To me it just means it is a rider. It is about 2500 miles high for your year compared to other 250 cc bikes. With the new top end the oil seep should have been addressed. The extras will go for more money if sold separate. As part of the bike they don't add up to much. Sell the rack bar and saddle bags in the classifieds here. Blue Book value for attached rack $35 and bags $35. If you are in North Central Illinois, I can shoot you a lowball offer on the extras. An excellent one in my neighborhood retail is $1995.oo. Trade in is $1245.oo.

I will agree with ourdee your location matters I.E. how many potential buyers are in your area, in my area it would bring around 1600 on the low but would sell fast at that price, sit on it a month or so probley around 1900-2100. I have really been watching the prices here and noticed they are selling very fast when priced right, I have not seen many go over 2-3 days before sold.

Thanks for input... I'm located in far Northern California / Southern Oregon. It actually has Oregon plates. The bike is really awesome - my first TW. I'm in more of a need of an ATV or 2 for my property in the Spring / Summer. Do you see prices usually go up or down seasonally?
