    Oh heck ya! Nice! Those CX500's can be made to look real cool. I love the old classic Jap bikes. I ride two of them myself. Good luck with whatever you do with it.

    I have owned two of them. They sound funny, rattle, bang, but NEVER die. Good straight, solid line bikes. My son rode one from Lansing, Mi. to California.

    Another bike on the "to get" list.

    Did they make up to an 800cc version of that engine?

    Honda did a big version turned 90* to compete with the XR750 on the big dirt tracks like Ascot.

    I have owned 4 of them over the years. Very dependable and incredibly uncomplicated maintenance.
