    Hey Fred,

Glad to see that your kittens are venturing outdoors. I hope that they stay safe!

Pagan holiday Fred. Just saying. I suppose if I was a true forum twit I would go all ballistic on this. Get the moderators involved. I mean my gosh. What were you thinking? Be sensitive to the needs and thoughts of others. Good thing I'm joshig you. Happy Halloween my good friend. If I make it to Moab, its two tacos to a platter and I want a Modelo dark to wash it down.

Yet others claim it has Christian origins.

I don't care either way. I just want free candy!

    Cherrie, You going Trick-or-Treating?
Halloween used to be so innocent and free when I was a kid before stranger danger made hover-parenting the norm. At least now adults have hijacked the holiday making for some fun parties. Hope you all can hand out lots of candy to cleverly costumed munchkins then go out for some Jello-shot debauchery and merry making.

No but I raid people's house the next day.
We only had kids come around once, in 16 years.

I'm so far out in the sticks, 28 years and never a trick or treater. I'm still hopeful though. Get candy every year.

Yeah ,alas we also get no trick-or-treaters either. Rural living does have occasional drawbacks. If some costumed munchkins showed up tomorrow I'ld have to give them a skid plate and a spark plug or two.
