That was some unbelievably timid driving.
Thanks Borneo, for me it makes a good reminder that not everyone is as capable and co-ordinated as we view ourselves while driving. Easy to forget that we must share the road with elderly or others with impaired vision ,motor skills and/or reaction times.
Especially this time of year with frantic distracted Christmas shoppers I see some very bad driving. It is good, but difficult, to control exasperation and anger at these moto-dullards.
Sometimes I think we should be allowed forward firing paint ball guns to mark bad drivers as a warning to others while simultaineously venting our exasperation. Since this is a democracy why can't we vote with our trigger fingers for the worst drivers around?

I posted in another thread about the typical cognitive dysfunctions that prevent so many people in the U. S. of A. from developing the cognitive ability to analyze terrain, choose a line, and ride that line. All three activities are ongoing and must be done simultaneously and constantly while riding. That is exactly the lack of ability demonstrated by this video. Well, let riding be a simile for everything from career planning to getting to the liquor store to whatever. Our modern culture has made us stupider.
