Be a Better TW Rider With the Toni Bou Exercise Routine

Do three reps daily for better bike control.
Toni Bou is another rider who exhibits incredible mastery of his machine. Too bad neither observed nor urban trials events seem to be anywhere near me , I would enjoy the experience in person.
Video starts out somewhat easy then gets progressively more challenging.

He makes it all look so easy in this free-ride video, even when climbing trees.

There was a time when I thought " Maybe just Maybe" Then I cartwheeled my SL-125 over a log and started racing MX.

This type of riding is absolutely astonishing. I find it almost unbelievable that "most" of these maneuvers are even thought possible, let alone completed. I feel invincible when I ride over a 2" inch branch laying across the trail. Thanks for sharing.

beyond incredible, totally at "one" with his bike and the riding environment. I can't imagine how a being like that sees the world. There are titans among us.

We will have the World Championship Trials competition in Arcadia in Rhode Island this summer, about 5 miles from my home. We have had the nationals in the past, but this is the first time in over 15 years that the international event will be held in Rhode Island. This brings in the European riders who are really the masters of the sport. We have some waterfront campspace available, or I'd be glad to assist anyone with logistics if they'd like to attend. Here is a link to the event: WTC2015USA

I have been watching for a used trials bike to show up right price at right time sorta thing. Had a TL125 back when I was a kid loved that bike.
