I had 2, 1988 and 1991 and sold both to Rob and Kath for their epic cross country ride. Almost immediately I found a nice 2009 and Werloc ended up prying it out of my garage. Now I have another almost brand new 2006 with just 73 miles on it along with a 2006 XT225 with just 94 miles. These things are an addiction we may never get over and I love looking at them even though I can't jump on them to ride any more. When I sell these two beauties I will be out immediately looking for another one or two. Might need to find that group TWA (Trail Way Anonymous)

It won't be greed which destroys America. It will be envy.

    Borneo,
I know how you feel. I had to go to my daughters to install a new battery in the Rainbow warrior.

And I am correct in assuming that is a car tire on there?

If so, how is it better than a bike tire, in your experience?
