Price is OK. Personally I'd hold out for a Long Rifle, but depends what you want.

I agree with Borneo on this one. A pump gun will not take advantage of the added range of the .22 mag. Wait till a .22 lr shows. Nice gun.

    ???

It fires from a solidly closed breech... why would it not take advantage of the mag round?

I would go for it myself. Of course I have a nice bolt .22LR already, so a 22 mag would be a plus for me.

That pump might be just the ticket for quick follow up shots on rapidly fleeing desert jackrabbits.

Two piece receiver to begin with. Not a threaded barrel to a solid receiver. Scope mounts to the receiver and not the barrel which will cause shifts in point of impact if, you rest the barrel or magazine tube on anything for support. Nose to tail push feed magazine will cause slight bullet deformation going in and more as the round is being pushed into the breech. Put a cantilever scope mount on that barrel and half of the accuracy issues would take care of themselves. I own two Henry lever action .22's and the receivers just are not the quality needed to hold a barrel in alignment.

I would get it in a heartbeat!! My CZ semi-auto 22 mag probably isnt a tack driver like a match bolt rifle...BUT SO WHAT!! You dont want it to win a competition, it is a F U N gun!! ........ Thats sort of like saying you dont like AR15s because they arent accurate enough to win against a match gun!! And you NEVER have enough!!!!! ;-)
