    Nonviolent vigilantism by this group is interesting, they are doing what the police seem reluctant to enforce.

    So - they stop someone driving down the sidewalk - fair enough

    Then they put a sticker on the windscreen - directly in front of the drivers vision - that disintegrates and sticks when you try to remove it

    The vehicle is now illegal to drive - then they continue to berate the driver

    Sensationalist ? - good TV ? - or dangerous to safety ?
