    Rattlesnake Chili.

One of the guys I work with sent me this picture of his snake hunt last week around his house in Wickenburg AZ. 11986949_10206226701005314_2437789023343044272_n.jpg
he said each boy skinned the snake and put the skin on wood board's to dry and will make hat bands for there cowboy hats and he made chili with the meat.

Rattlesnake makes for good eating. Won't chili mask delicate flavor? Fresh grilled in the field over a mesquite fire with a hint of garlic salt...yumm.

Reminds me of the Simpsons episode - "Whack a snake day" - humour aside, guess it needs doing every now and then - (judging by the size of those things) ......
