I am sold this grill it is the best I have cooked on in 40 years. I just cooked Brats and never a flare up this has never happened.. 100% even cooking and only used 25 charcoals normally I use 75+ so my propane grill will be setting and collecting dust. 11995083_10206217246422180_569895504_o.jpg 25 . 11986173_10206217249102247_1252979715_o.jpg 11986025_10206217321784064_387345462_o.jpg primary combustion air vent holes. 11991196_10206217333104347_345037874_o.jpg 11999131_10206217386905692_2109530928_o.jpg no flame flare.

The red stuff on the left is High Temperature RTV, I cracked the porcelain putting the handle on my fault... I should of used black but the red is free at work.

Those kettles are nice and efficient. So is red RTV.
After cooking I close all air vents to suffocate fire and a surprising amount of charcoal can be recycled for the next grilling days later.

Fred this is a different type of grill you can not close the air vents see the holes on the side Primary air vents . 11986025_10206217321784064_387345462_o.jpg all the way around the coals are a few inches from the meat.
