I retire in July and have scheduled my class in September. http://www.gunsite.com/classes/250-d...-pistol-class/
I wish I could do this class. I'm thinking of taking some sort of defensive skills course.

Everyone keeps telling me I am to young to retire at 55 so to keep busy I will donate my time on Friday Saturday at Joe Foss shooting range as a range safety guy when I hang up my Redwings. this Gunsite academy is a world famous class that I have wanted to do for many years. http://joefossrange.com/

Paul, you are a young 55 and will find plenty to keep you busy. This looks l I me a great class.
The problem I am having is the handgun I will use, 1050 rounds of ammo I have to supply so I am leaning to my Ruger SR9mm 17 round magazines compared to a single stack 1911 8 rounds of .45. and a heck of a lot cheaper with 9mm.
This place is not messing around already charged my card the 50% deposit and the 5 all day training is 10 months away. 12/11/15 GUNSITE ACADEMY INC PAULDEN AZ $797.50
