    We could profit from adopting a similar policy like Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Emigration only possible there if you have a desired work skill to contribute.

    AND cash! I believe it is $1,000 dollars in Canada. On average of course.

    Now if you are just Joe Blow from America that wants to relocate to Canada and you plan on working as a professional there then hold on to your socks!
