    As someone who has worked in haunted houses for over a decade, I can tell you this is WAY more common than one might think. I have seen my share of people fainting, peeing and crapping themselves. Also, I have been punched, kicked, tackled, hit with purses and all manner of things at hand. More than once a woman shoved her guy at me, and even more often a guy has pushed his girlfriend in front of him because he was scared. I actually got a few phone numbers that way. If a guy is so scared that he uses his girlfriend as a human shield in a haunted house, you can just ask her for her number. More times than not she will decide to dump him for you right there.
