Organization? Looked pretty good to me.
When I was into VW's there was a local guy who basically had piles... he roughly new the contents of every pile, trailer and van and could tell you precisely which part you needed based on signs, symptoms and sounds sight unseen. That includes knowing all the running changes VW made mid year or by place of assembly.
This place looks like a lot of fun browsing and bs'ing for any gearhead
