    Harvesting and foraging.

Curious if any of you all are into harvesting and foraging wild food? Here are a few pics of harvesting in Alaska. Includes stinging nettle devil's club cow parsnip and wakame seaweed. The wakame is so fun because you can form it into words and pictures when you dehydrate it. Alaska is a paradise for gathering food. The gf and I have harvested 78 different kinds of plants animals and fish over the last few years.

Excellent - Keep the info coming. I harvest protein (fish, deer, small game, birds etc...), but no greens other than garden veggies. I would love to learn more.
