Mods, I use Google's Chrome browser and every time to click to come to this (tw200forum.com) website I get the following message:

    Danger Malware Ahead

Content from twforumc.tmdhosting610.com, a known malware distributor, has been inserted into this web page. Visiting this page now is very likely to infect your computer with malware.

At least give us an update or a sticky telling us what's up with the website.

    I don't have problems.

Some days ago I've received comparable messages from Avast, but now everything works fine.

Maybe there is an old entry onto the google database.

In one of the other threads, I think Charles mentioned that Google Chrome would take a few days before his fixes would be recognized.

IE Explorer 9 and Firefox opened the site without issue today (11/18). Chrome popped up a warning, but after I refreshed the page, it logged in fine too. I would think you've licked the problem! Curses on those who caused the issue and kept us off the site for a while!

Thanks to the admins for quick action.

My computer picked up a virus last wed night about closing time and the screen was saying something about hard disc failure and that my trial version needed to be "upgraded" to fix errors. I didn't go any further and called our computer guy who said it was a virus right away and they were trying to get my credit card info. I did notice before this happened that this site was saying something about header errors and something wasn't working right when I was checking out tw200 posts. Luckily we had our system complety backed up and had to go back a day before the virus and redo the hard drive. We lost a few days of work but could have been really bad had we not been backing up. Was really my own fault because I had let our malware protection lapse. I'm not saying for sure that this site is where I got the virus because I just don't know. Moral of this story is BACK UP YOUR COMPUTER AND DON'T LET YOUR MALWARE PROTECTION LAPSE! Anyway, ride on TW guys/gals!

Some boards that have this trouble wind up having a review process before a new member is allowed to join.

As a moderator, I can edit or delete posts and ban spammers. I only know about spam when you guys report it and I cannot filter IP's, only delete the offensive material. That's why I need your help to spot it.

Other than that, I have no godlike computing powers. I cannot fix anyone's computer, operating system or software. I cannot organize or re-organize the forum. Chopper Charles is the administrator and owner of this forum and he is the only person with those abilities. Cheers.

And....for those not familiar with the best way to Report a Post ....In the lower left hand corner of each post there is a small button (warning triangle and exclamation point)that says Report. By clicking on that button it "captures" that post and a box will appear in which you can type in your concerns, for example, spam, malicious, wrong forum. Then you would hit send report and the moderators will be notified through the forums alert system- normally e-mail and they can do whats needed.

As mentioned,a moderator can only change what is seen on the forum page. It usually takes the site owner(s) or administration (IT staff) to work the actual software that is running the forum. OM
