    Living in San Francisco

I heard on the radio today, KCBS I think, that a family of 4 living in SF with an income of less than $117,400 is considered "low income" and eligible for government assistance. It was just raised form $105,000 to the $117,000. That was the news story, that it was just raised.

No wonder California is going broke. Idiots in Sacramento are giving it all away.

I went to grade school and high school in Milpitas.
But left California in the 70's I loved it back then, but the liberal dems weren't running the state then.

It had started; but the takeover wasn't complete yet. Case in point: Rosie and the Supremes. After all the absurd decisions; only time a sitting head of a state Supreme Court was removed from office by it's citizens.

I remember when that happened. It was a death penalty case and she said the prosecution hadn't proved "he intended to kill the guy" and overturned the decision. The outrage was the guy had been shot something like 9 times -- shouldn't that be proof enough of his intentions to kill?

Milpitas has changed since the 70's. You might not recognize it if you haven't been back since then.
