Rough trail for sure. After breaking my foot on a rock several years ago, I started wearing protective boots. Then Ron gave me a pair of shin guards couple years ago, again use them all the time. Last year I bought a chest protector, thanks to someone here on the forum who I've forgotten at the present time, but glad you posted it then.

I'd be wearing all of my protective stuff in these rocks. I tend to tip over from time to time!

Thanks for sharing another morning coffee ride series installment.
Hidden Content A ride in the woods helps me relax and release tension. The fact I'm dragging a body should be entirely irrelevant?

Some good chunk rock! looks fun and maybe a good ride to take off your mirrors before starting out.

It says Woodpecker. I think it is probably the Woodpecker trail in AZ. If it is, it was destroyed (made smooth) by a mining company. But I'm guessing.
