This is my NEW Bike a 1951 Harley Hummer I bought from 82 year old Cleat who bought it in 1951 . Cleat hunted with it and pulled 27 Bucks out of the mountains through the years. I'm the lucky 2nd Owner .- Hope you all enjoy it - Motorbike1956.

Sweet! That will be fun to restore!

I bought a used 165cc that was the next size larger in 1955. It was bright yellow, had 400 miles on the odometer, and I gave 450.00 bucks for it. My brother and I rode the wheels off of it, sold it 2 years later for 450.00. You could tell the 125 and 165 apart by looking at the carb. The 125 did not have the carb covered, the 165 had an aluminum clamshell cover over the carb.

    A 3 horsepower, 2-stroke Harley!

That is a cool old bike! Even better that you know its provenance and full history.

Can't wait to see more pictures as you work on it.
