I've been having a blast tearing up the highways and interstates on my Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 XC since I got it about a month ago. I've got a little over 1500 miles on it as I was taking my time to break her in properly, but I expect that number will start climbing pretty quickly now.
I'm hoping to use her on some mild dirt roads here and there, so I took her up the backside of Mt. Lemmon today to try it out.
I was actually pretty impressed with how well she did for a 570 lb touring bike, but as expected it was pretty hard work through the rougher patches near the summit.
Nice to know that I don't have to be afraid to take the TEX on dirt roads, but no doubt it's a lot easier and more fun on the TW!

Nice bike! I'm glad to see you're not afraid to get it a little dirty.
My handle is B-dub, I ride a T-dub, and drive a V-dub.
Nice bike, man! I really want the 800XC to use as an adventure/commuter bike!
KJ, just KJ, ok.
