    Sportsters rule!

Went on a charity ride today. There werent that many bikes, maybe 30 with a good mix of sport bikes, cruisers, even a Can AM. There were only 2 sportsters, mine and another. Out of all the bikes there were also only 2 riding 2 up, mine and the other sportster At the half way point I walked over to talk with the older couple, what the hell am I thinking? Hes probably only 10 years older than me After talking about our love of sportsters he said "Ill show ya how much I love mine" Turned his key on, odometer lit up...............210000 miles! He said "150000 miles was with the ol lady on back" "Aint done crap to it but replace the stator and a couple clutches"

    Yeah............sportsters rule!

I felt a little guilty with putting my ad in there. LOL But I figured you wouldn't mind since we both love Sportsters. ha ha

Bro, honestly, I did a double take on his picture, since it could have been me, almost, except for I weigh more than he does right now. I have had the ZZ Top long beards too, just like his. I always tug at one side of it though and it ends up shorter on that side, then I get frustrated and shave it off. I'm sporting a goatee now, all white. Thanks for the laugh!!

That girl is hard core! I remember having to pull over and fold my leather jacket on the passenger seat so my then girlfriend, now wife could go 60 miles.
