    Bw 200

Have a chance to buy a 1985 BW 200. Anybody ever had one of those? Would it be impossible to find parts for it? I love the look of the big boy and am sure it could rip through some trails!!!

This is a 1986 BW200 that I owned for a short period of time. The BW200 shares most engine parts with a TW200. Parts availability from Yamaha is probably pretty good except maybe for the plastic parts. Fun bikes, but I really didn't have much use for a non street legal, off-road-only bike.

Well it probably was a blast on the trails!!! Did you replace the tires at all? Heard those were little hard to find!

I wonder if one of those BW350 lumps could be transplanted into a TW200?
    + a decent suspension = Heaven!
    But while we're dreaming...add EFI & 6-speed = Hoochie Mama!
And a new out-the-door price of $3,700...what say, Yamaha?
