Not my kinda thing, but pretty impressive design, fabrication and performance!

Drift Trike - motorized with variable traction - $2200 (santa cruz)

    Motorized drift trike

    condition: excellent
    engine displacement (CC): 125
    fuel: gas
    transmission: manual

    Motorized Variable traction drift trike

Drift trike has 4 wheels on the rear axle, 2 rubber and 2 with plastic sleeves.
All 4 wheels are driven, but cam move up and down independently of each other.
By pulling a lever you can vary the weight between the rubber and plastic wheels,
which varies the traction, giving the trike the ability to accelerate and brake
quickly as well as slide around corners.

Video showing the trike being built -
    Video riding the trike -

Pitster Pro 125 4-speed manual - Mikuni Carb

    Elbow paddle shifter

    DWT Racing aluminum wheels

Avid Code 5 hydraulic disc brakes - front and rear

Titec bars & R12 bmx stem

TIG welded chromoly tube frame made in U.S.

NOTE! This trike is NOT for the beginner, it is mechanically complicated and somewhat
    complicated to operate.

Hellz yeah, I'd ride that little slider!
I wouldn't want to own it though...

Thats a pretty cool machine. Fairly complex as a toy, so to speak.

When I saw the title I thought it may be about Colin Furze' drift trike. If anyone isnt familiar with him, he's a Brit that builds all sorts of insane things, from the worlds fastest motorized baby pram (baby stroller) to Wolverine claws that extend and retract, jet powered bike and go cart, a hover bike, to about any bizarre thing you can think of, and probably some you wouldnt think of. Hes got scads of videos on youtube.
