Just a pic or three of my workhorse TDub....

Being a newbie this may be posted in the wrong part of the forum....
Being employed as a ditchrider for the local canal company enables me to put good use to my Tdub....
Gets ridden daily 80-100 miles on canal banks, lateral banks, and the occasional county road....
A lifelong ranch boy, some of my simple mods might be a bit rough, but they sure do work for me....kickstand.jpgbarview.jpgworkhorse.jpg

    Welcome Flathats!

Your mods looks great to me (that rake should help deter tailgaters!).

How many miles have you put on that old Tdub?

Around these parts, that's known as a bull rake. Used for harvesting Quahogs, the official state shellfish. They are hard shell clams. You wade in the shallow sandflats at low tide, and rake the bottom to scoop them up

+1 on the kickstand washer. I put a 3x4 piece of 1.125 plywood on mine. Little things like having your bike actually stay standing up are one of lifes little pleasures.
