    think Im done...

After a few weeks/months of winter fiddling i think the black beauty is finished....

I have a lovely pearl white dtmx tank which may go in summer when its not so filthy but pretty pleased with it so far..

Amazed how easy the swing arm swap was, think i will end up getting the fork lowers powered coated and maybe the drums

Thanks to everyone for all the help and what a resource this place is..

    1st John 1:9
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

    John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

    John 3:17
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Make sure to have a brace or a zip tie for your air filter or it can shake off

additional. People usually just get a zip tie. I have seen some actually make a bracket or spend money and buy a over priced one. It pretty much goes on the end of the filter to keep it from bouncing loose from the stock snorkel

How many inches of stretch does your rear swing arm have? Looks like more than the normal 6" you see but it could be the angle of the pics. Also, what's the little container you have mounted under the seat?

    Great looking bike btw!

Erabbit, i think its 6.5 inches, the angle and lack of panel is deceptive i think...

the shock is now too soft with the extra leverage (and the former owner being a tiny Japanese chap rather than a 220lb-er) had set it to the lowest preload ring - so not quite done, I will maybe drop a spacer in as i'm not worried if the seat height comes up, and this is mainly for the streets

the little box is actually the original tool kit, with all the tools guess its hidden normally..

    Have a good week all!

Im addicted ot seeing what else i can tweak
