I saw this manual cam chain adjuster on Ebay. Has anyone on the board had trouble with a slack chain from a stock auto adjuster on a TW200? Is there really a need for this part or should I just forget about this? Motor Gurus?

That part is designed to part a motorcycle rider with his money. nothing more, nothing less, as far as TWs are concerned. Early models already have a manual adjuster. Later models have a device that automatically adjusts cam chain tension, but it is not a variable device while the engine is running.
