    Hey folks,
Saw someone mention a magnetic drain plug for the TW. Where can I find them?
    Thanks

I bought some rare earth magnets at Lowe's

Cut some notches in them to fit inside the drain plug -- they're very very hard material

And glued them in place using Marine Tex but JB Weld should work just fine.

Yep! And you should see all the fine metal shavings on the magnet when I change the oil. It is a bit of a challenge to wipe it off.

Thanks for the replies! Guess I'll have to make one up also. Love that Marinetex, been using it for decades... The old stuff was even better!
