What year is your bike? Early or late bike you'll get more light out of a large diameter headlight than a smaller one.

Early bikes can only support a 35W/35W bulb and will suffer more from a small diameter housing.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Powdercoated '87 frame, extended swingarm, YZ fork legs, ATV tire, 14/55, XT350 tank, spliced quick-release seat, disc brake conversion, beeg headlight, beeger rack, Lizrdcooler, Lizrdventz and bunch of other stuff all covered in invisible ink.

Yes, it is my bike. It is a Puig windscreen, can't remember if it is the "Windy" or "Naked" model though.

Looks like you need to "matte" out that rear fender. They also make a matte black vinyl that costs about $20 that you could use to do the tank and is easily removed if you want to go back to stock. As i've said before, your bike looks great and I would probably go that direction if I was strictly street.
