Is this what your after?
Or maybe you could find one for a 250 and make it fit the TW?
crunched the headlight on a tree doing some single track... the frame the light sits in is all bent.. still works but points to the side
i really like the look of the japanese style round light, anyone got a link for a kit or a suggestion?
life is good
I like the round light best..................
What year is your bike? Early or late bike you'll get more light out of a large diameter headlight than a smaller one.
Early bikes can only support a 35W/35W bulb and will suffer more from a small diameter housing.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
Powdercoated '87 frame, extended swingarm, YZ fork legs, ATV tire, 14/55, XT350 tank, spliced quick-release seat, disc brake conversion, beeg headlight, beeger rack, Lizrdcooler, Lizrdventz and bunch of other stuff all covered in invisible ink.
Looks like you need to "matte" out that rear fender. They also make a matte black vinyl that costs about $20 that you could use to do the tank and is easily removed if you want to go back to stock. As i've said before, your bike looks great and I would probably go that direction if I was strictly street.
'13 690 Enduro R too many frickin farkles...
'07 KLX250 farkled (wife's bike)
'86 BW80 farkled to size
'10 TW200 you will be missed
The guys importing the kickstarter kits from japan might be able to do the same with the headlight
